Founded in 2011, Reliant Field Services, Inc. (“Reliant”) transports crude, high gravity condensates, fuel, and liquified petroleum gas (LPG) for the nation’s top producers and processors, predominantly within the Eagle Ford Shale Play in South Texas and Permian Basin Play in West Texas.
Our home office is in Houston, TX with satellite locations in Three Rivers, and Corpus Christi, TX. We operate a modern fleet of DOT-407 and MC-331 tankers to transport product from central gathering facilities in a cost-effective and reliable manner.

I have been with Reliant Field Services for over a year. I originally started off as a company driver and am now an owner-operator. I like that the pay structure is straightforward, with a great pay scale. The company provides on-the-job training and will pay for any certifications you are missing. You will have the ability to train in different fields, which will give you access to career mobility. The company also provides a man camp for people that live out of town. Eventually, I had the opportunity to become an owner-operator with my own truck, which did not involve a lease purchase. The best part about the company is that they don't nickel and dime you to death like other companies.

I’m very honored to be working for Reliant Field Services. Personally, I am very happy with how it’s family-friendly, that I get to go home every day with a fixed schedule. The Dispatch department is very understanding & very professional in helping drivers with anything we need. The equipment we operate is always on point, and if there are any issues the Mechanic department gets them fixed right away. The salary is very good, and the company provides safety bonuses. Safety is the #1 key priority in this company, and equipment is always up to date with paperwork and not malfunctioning. Also, the higher-ups answer my phone calls with no intermediates. They also work with me when I need a day off with no restrictions or questions.

The employees are hard-working and dedicated and are some of the best drivers I’ve ever worked with. The maintenance department is great with the upkeep of the equipment. Management is great about keeping us informed about changes to keep us successful in the field. The company is great, and the pay is good also.
