Edy Francis
CO-CEO and CFO
With 20 years of accounting and finance experience, Edy has worked across both the upstream and midstream sectors of the oil and gas industry.
Originally an Audit Manager and SOX consultant at Deloitte, Edy joined the industry in 2007 as a CFO. He became Reliant's Co-CEO & CFO in early 2020 and has been a key factor in driving Reliant's continued growth since then.

Charles Tanner
Operations Manager
Charles began his trucking career in 2011 as a fleet mechanic for a top petroleum carrier. He steadily moved up the ranks over the years, working as a fleet manager and supervisor before joining Reliant Field Services as our Operations Manager in 2020. Charles has a passion for learning, takes pride in providing the highest level of operational excellence possible, and leads by example to empower those around him.

Stratton Williams
Safety Manager
With over 24 years of HSE experience in addition to his driving and supervisory experience, Stratton possesses a comprehensive knowledge of both OSHA and USDOT regulations and requirements. Stratton has worked in Safety for several large trucking organizations, both developing/implementing and overseeing safety and training programs. He holds numerous industry certifications, and is the recipient of multiple industry awards, including the Joe Atkinson Award for Safety Excellence.
